It will be cold again tonight with lows in the mid 40s tomorrow morning. Clouds will gradually increase late tonight as our next storm system approaches the Midstate.

Next round of rain

Our next cold front will approach the Midstate on Wednesday and is poised to bring another soaking rain to the area. Wednesday will start dry, but the first showers will arrive in the early afternoon and spread as the day progresses.

We will have to watch out for heavy rain and don’t be surprised if there are a few rumbles of thunder, but there is no severe weather threat. Highs Wednesday will top out in the mid-60s.

Periods of rain will continue through Wednesday night and into early Thursday morning before drying out Thursday afternoon. Thursday’s highs will remain in the mid-60s.

The sun will return on Friday with highs still in the mid-60s with lows in the 40s.
