SANGER, Calif. (FOX26) — Two men were arrested after four teenagers were robbed at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon in Sanger, with one of the teens also assaulted.

The Sanger Police Department says officers responded to reports of a robbery involving four teenagers around 5:15 p.m. near Saner High School and Sanger Academy.

The victims said the two suspects approached them on foot and one pulled out a gun, demanding money.

After the money was taken, one of the men assaulted one of the teenage victims.

Sanger Police were able to identify a suspect and a probation compliance check was conducted at a home in Fresno.

Ty Boissonneault, 19, of Fresno, and Colton Desantis, 18, of Sanger, were both arrested for robbery, assault and weapons violations.
