RIPON (NBC 26) — A Ripon High School basketball coach was charged Friday morning with five felonies in Fond du Lac County, including sexually assaulting a student by school staff.

Mihai Schnell-Harrison, who the Ripon Area School District said served one season as the boys basketball coach at Ripon High School, was arrested Tuesday.

Schnell-Harrison appeared in court in Fond du Lac on Friday morning. His charges include sexual assault of the student by school staff, child luring, exposure of genitalia, possession of child pornography and exposure of a child to harmful material.
