Sean Combs raped a 10-year-old boy in the latest lawsuit against a music mogul

Warning: This article contains sexually explicit details from court documents about an alleged child rape.

A federal judge may have ordered officials and lawyers in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ criminal case to talk to the media or anyone else, but a new lawsuit alleging a gruesome rape of a 10-year-old boy by the Founder Bad Boy Records in 2005 screams out loud. Volumes about how far the currently incarcerated mogul has fallen and sets a new low for the charges against him, literally and figuratively

This latest of nearly a dozen lawsuits from Houston attorney Tony Buzbee details the drugging and assault of the ambitious young man in a Manhattan hotel room by Combs in an MO that will sound familiar to anyone who watched more than one of many processes. cases against the “I’ll Ne Missing You” singer over the past year.

“Combs asked the plaintiff how much he wanted to be a star and what the plaintiff would do to become one,” the lawsuit filed today in a New York state John Doe court says about the boy who flew from LA with he. parents to make contacts in the music field for his “burgeoning” career. “The plaintiff replied, like any ten-year-old, that he would ‘do anything.’

Combs then allegedly gave the plaintiff a drink that is now alleged to have been spiked with a drug.

“After the plaintiff consumed his soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told the plaintiff to come closer to him, which the plaintiff did,” the filing states. “Combs suddenly pushed the plaintiff down and said things like, ‘You have to do some things you don’t want to do sometimes,'” it continued. “Once the plaintiff pushed the plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs, however, forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly thrust it in and out.”

The alleged victim then states that she passed out after stopping “in terror, only to wake up half-naked later, with her “anus and buttocks hurting badly”. After the rape, the much-accused Combs allegedly threatened the boy’s parents. He is also said to have told the boy not to tell anyone what happened if he wanted to get anywhere in the industry.

While the alleged victim later revealed to her family what allegedly happened, no one ever went to the authorities for fear that Combs would follow through on his threats. As for the victim herself, today’s suits paint a portrait of a young woman’s life crushed almost from the start.

“He struggles with fears and night terrors on a regular basis,” the New York Supreme Court filing said today. “In short, the plaintiff was deprived of a normal childhood and is unable to interact with others and live a normal life in general because of his encounter with the defendant Combs.”

With that case, the other today from a then-17-year-old alleging Combs raped a 17-year-old Making the Band contestant in 2008, and all the other cases they’ve filed in the past two weeks, Buzbee and his fellow attorneys lay out the history of recent allegations against Combs since his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura sued the producer back in November 2023. As with all the other lawsuits he’s filed so far for the alleged 100+ victims who contacted Buzbee from his call and hotline number earlier this fall, the Texas attorney and the other attorneys on the matter want an unspecified range of damages for their client.

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as evidenced by his constant media appearances and 1-800 number,” Combs’ team said in a statement today, somewhat repetitive of previous statements. “As I have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous on their face or can be proven false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Earlier lawsuits against Combs found him fighting rape charges a 13-year-old girl in 2000 and a 16-year-old boy in 1998 among many other civil cases. Arrested on September 16 in a hotel in New York charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, Combs, 54, is seeking life in prison if convicted in the federal criminal case.

Twice denied release on $50 million bail more than a month after his arrest, and appealing in a lengthy third attempt, Combs is in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center right now .

As a demonstration of Combs’ legal troubles, the tough center was raided by the feds on Monday in what is being called an “interagency operation.” With barbs trading leaks from Homeland Security and the US Attorney’s office, with Combs’ legal team as another sideshow, The criminal trial on the three charges will begin on May 5, 2025.
