CUYAHOGA COUNTYOhio (WJW) – Local police are concerned about a missing 81-year-old woman who they say left her home overnight and never returned.

One at the state level Alert for missing adults was issued early Friday from Cuyahoga County for Jacquelyn Johnson. According to the alert, Johnson left her home on Euclid Avenue at approximately 1 a.m

It was not immediately clear where her Euclid Avenue home is located.

“She suffers from memory problems and law enforcement is concerned for her safety,” the alert said.

Johnson is described as a black female, standing 4’11” and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

Police said she was last seen wearing a blue checkered hat, pink floral robe, black T-shirt, gray pants and white shoes.

Anyone who sees Johnson is asked to call 911.
