Good news for the Vikings on Thursday’s injury report ahead of the Titans game

The Vikings are on track to be fully healthy — at least on their active 53-man roster — for Sunday’s game against the Titans in Nashville. Three players, including quarterback Sam Darnold, were moved from limited participation Wednesday to full practice Thursday. And while three others remained limited, there was no indication that any of them were in danger of missing this week’s game.

Darnold (right hand) will be good to go Sunday. He just took a little hit in the win over the Jaguars when he tried to make a tackle after his third interception. Left tackle Cam Robinson (foot) and outside linebacker Gabe Murphy (knee) also improved. Murphy remains on injured reserve but is in his 21-day practice window, so it remains to be seen if he will be activated this week. Even if he is, it’s hard to envision him seeing defensive snaps in a deep OLB room anytime soon.

Vikings-Titans preview: Three numbers to know about Tennessee

The three players who remained limited Thursday were RB Aaron Jones (ribs), TE Josh Oliver (wrist/hand) and OLB Andrew Van Ginkel (hip). All three will likely be available for Sunday’s game, but it’s possible that at least one will enter with a questionable designation on Friday. Jones took a helmet to his ribs in Jacksonville, but returned to the game and told reporters Wednesday that he will be fine for this week’s game at Tennessee.

The Titans’ main injured player of note is cornerback L’Jarius Sneed (quad), who has yet to practice. The former Chiefs standout has missed the last four games (but never went on IR) and doesn’t appear likely to return this week.
