Sara Woodward, 28, of Coseleywas charged with 19 shoplifting incidents between June 18 and October 15 this year.

She appeared before Walsall Magistrates Court last Thursday and is due in court next year.

Walsall Local Policing Area (LPA) recently launched Operation Marigold in a bid to tackle shoplifting in the borough.

Neighborhood officers regularly work alongside businesses to tackle shoplifting.

A new problem solving team is also up and running, tackling issues in Walsall LPA.

Issues include shoplifting, anti-social behavior and exploring civil intervention orders to prevent breaches and reduce crime in our communities.
