The filing alleges Combs wanted to meet the then 10-year-old in his hotel room and the child was left by a consultant hired by his parents. He also claims that he “passed out” and when he woke up crying “his anus and buttocks hurt really bad” and “his pants were undone”. He adds that he told his parents, but they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”
