STILLWELL, OKLA (KTUL) — A Stilwell man has been sentenced to four years in prison for assault causing grievous bodily harm.

Travis Earl Eubanks, 36, pleaded guilty to murder on May 8, 2024.

According to investigators, Eubanks assaulted a person on January 28, 2024.

The attack lasted for hours and Eubankschoks, punched, kicked, choked and stabbed the victim.

The incident occurred inside a home in Stilwell.

Eubanks will remain in U.S. marshal custody pending transportation to serve a 57-month sentence without parole.
