According to the arrest report, on Sunday, Nov. 10, a North Las Vegas Police Department officer responded to the Tire Work Center off Centennial Parkway.

The business alarm company received a notification that the alarms had been turned off and they heard a lot of banging and banging.

The alarm company also stated that the business was supposed to be closed for the day. When officers arrived, they found a person described as a short, thin man wearing dark clothing.
