FARGO, ND (Valley News Live) – Icy roads and high winds are being blamed for a fatal crash on I-94 west of Casselton.

The Casselton Fire Department says in a social media post that they were called Wednesday around 6:41 p.m. to a fatal car accident at mile marker 318.

No other details were immediately available, but the fire department also says several vehicles were in the ditch between that location and the Casselton exit (331).

Minnesota State Patrol he also had a busy day cleaning up accidents.
