A man suffered “life-changing” injuries after being attacked by a dog in Doncaster.

The victim was attacked by the animal in the Cusworth area of ​​the city on Saturday and taken to hospital, South Yorkshire Police said.

The force has not released details of the breed of dog involved.

Julien Lever, 29, and Alison Hodkinson, 57, both of Wroxham Way, Cusworth, were charged with keeping/controlling a dangerous dog out of control causing injury and possession with intent to supply drugs.
