A woman has died after a crash on the Northway, according to State Police.

The crash happened around 6:20 a.m. in the northbound lanes near exit 20.

State police said the truck overturned and hit the Gurney Lane overpass. The driver was seriously injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The left and center northbound lanes were closed for about three hours for the investigation.

The victim’s name is not being released until the family is notified.
