The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following criminal arrests:

NOVEMBER 8
Antonio Lopez Brown, 36, of Sally Road, Dunn, charged with assault causing serious injury to a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor assault on a government servant and two counts of resisting or delaying an officer.

Deshan Maurice Mills, 45, of Overcash Road, Troutman, charged with probation violation.

Kathryn Taylor Temple, 33, of Reitzel Drive, Hickory, charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

NOVEMBER 9
Dylan Andrew Moore, 29, of E. Memorial Highway, Harmony, charged with fleeing or evading arrest in a motor vehicle, misdemeanor DWI, felony reckless driving and speeding.

NOVEMBER 10
Gina Suzanne Baumgartner, 61, of Lakewind Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a controlled substance dwelling or vehicle and a drug offense.

Angela Michelle Hinson, 45, of 152 W. Highway, Rockwell, charged with breaking or entering.

Michael William Hinson, 49, of Highway 152 W., Rockwell, charged with breaking or entering.

NOVEMBER 11
Mark Daniel Babcock, 56, of Hickory Highway, Statesville, charged with theft and theft of a motor vehicle.

Katelyn Cynthia Spahn, 22, of Rankinhill Road, Troutman, charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and a drug offense.

Tristan Charles Strickland, 26, of Huntersville Concord Road, Huntersville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of cocaine, maintaining a home or vehicle for controlled substances and two drug offenses.

NOVEMBER 12
Breanna Amber Garcia, 30, no fixed address, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering.

NOVEMBER 14
Larry Wayne Aiken Jr., 52, of Hickory Highway, Statesville, charged with sex offender/failure to inform sheriff of change of address and forgery or falsification of documents.

Brian Lee Decker, 54, of Old Meadowbrook Road, Mooresville, charged with 10 counts of peeping into a room occupied by a vehicle.

NOVEMBER 15
Joseph Michael Scriven, 36, of Bogey Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a home or vehicle for controlled substances, two drug offenses and four motor vehicle violations.
