Diddy’s third bail attempt was denied, along with new charges from prosecutors, as he remains in the Metropolitan Detention Center, Brooklyn.

In new legal documents filed Friday, Nov. 15, the disgraced rapper, 55, is accused of trying to “evade law enforcement surveillance” and influence the jury’s verdict.

Prosecutors claim that Last night the rapper used an “unauthorized third-party messaging service” to communicate with several people, including his children, for a “social media campaign” around his birthday, apparently in an effort to sway a potential juror .

His bail appeal on November 8 was rejected and the Bad Boy Records founder was accused of campaigning on social media while in prison and trying to contact third-party witnesses to change public perception.

According to the documents obtained by People magazineDiddy also ordered others to “pay inmates, including through payment processing applications and deposits into the BOP Commissioner’s account,” after they used other inmates’ PAC numbers.

Combs is also accused of using two accounts on an unaccounted for messaging service.

The legal document also claimed that the music mogul ran a social media campaign around his birthday that was based on a joint post by his children showing them supporting him throughout the trial.

Diddy allegedly “monitored analysis” on social media and “explicitly discussed with his family how to ensure the video had the desired effect on potential jurors in this case.”

The opposition called the rapper a “danger to others” and claimed he was “motivated to flee”.

It also accused him of “relentless efforts to contact potential witnesses, including victims of his abuse, who could provide strong testimony against him.”
