RILEY, Ind. (WTWO-WAWV) – A serious vehicle crash results in two people being pulled from an overturned vehicle.

The accident happened on Hwy 159 and Hwy 46 in Riley around 7:30 pm when the vehicle struck a utility pole. Initial reports indicated smoke was coming from the car.

The Vigo Sheriff’s Office says the occupants suffered neck and back pain. Authorities are investigating to see if drugs or alcohol were involved.
