CARTHAGE, NY (WWTI) – A 20-year-old Carthage man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to shoot several people.

According to the Carthage Police Department, Storm Elliott is charged with second-degree menacing, third-degree criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

The charges stem from when Elliott allegedly displayed a rifle during a domestic dispute and threatened to shoot several people. This included a one-year-old child.

Elliott is awaiting arraignment, according to a news release from the Carthage Police Department.
