CAMPBELLSBURG, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police reported that Terry Glacken was found guilty of multiple counts of rape and sexual abuse after an investigation found he abused a female victim over a 10-year period.

Officials detailed that KSP Post 5 received a report of sexual assault on June 16, 2021. Upon investigation, police found that the female victim had been sexually abused multiple times over a 10-year period, beginning when she was a minor.

As police continued to investigate, two additional victims of abuse were discovered, KSP reported. Glacken was then arrested and charged with multiple counts of rape and sexual abuse.

Glacken was found guilty of the following charges:

• First degree sodomy, victim under 12 years old
• Rape in the first degree, forcible compulsion
• Rape in the first degree, forcible compulsion
• Incest
• First degree sexual abuse, victim under 12 years old
• Rape in the first degree, victim under 12 years old
• First degree sexual abuse, victim under 12 years old
• First degree sexual abuse
• First degree sexual abuse

Glacken is due to be formally sentenced in January 2025.
