The Jerusalem City Council will hold a public hearing on November 20 at 7:00 PM at Jerusalem City Hall to discuss the planned replacement of approximately 175 grinder pump stations within the Keuka Park #2 Sewer District Expansion . The meeting, open to all residents, will address details of the project, including costs, funding and timelines.

The project, which seeks to replace worn-out equipment in Sewer District Ext. #2, costs an estimated $420,000 plus installation fees. Under the proposal, the entire cost of the project would be financed and reimbursed by property owners in the Keuka Park Sewer District Ext. #2, pursuant to Section 202-b of the City Law of the State of New York.

Residents interested in reviewing the proposal can find copies available at City Hall, located at 3816 Italy Hill Road, Branchport. The hearing will give members of the public an opportunity to share their views on the plan.
