STATEN ISLAND, NY — The NYPD is investigating a possible anti-Semitic incident in which a religious cap was knocked off a man’s head while he was walking in Willowbrook on Sunday.

The case has been turned over to the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force for further investigation, and the suspects are described as a man and a woman, according to a source familiar with the investigation.
