GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WJLA) – A Maryland woman allegedly admitted to police that she killed her mother and placed her body at the edge of a nearby field, according to police on November 5th.

Tiffany Zhang, 29, claimed she placed the body of Guichun Hu, 63, in a grass field near her home after killing her on November 3, according to the Police Department of Montgomery County.

Hu’s body was found in the grass field, however, police are still working to determine the official cause and manner of death. No motive has been disclosed. Zhang was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder.
