NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A missing child alert has been issued for a 5-year-old from Nashville, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

MNPD said Solomon White, Jr., 5, was taken from his mother, Janelle Burns, 31, Friday afternoon during a Department of Child Services investigation.

Burns and White are believed to be traveling in a green Rav4 SUV with tag TN 307-BMDH.

“Do you see them? Please call 911 or 800-TBI-FIND,” MNPD said.
