DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) – Police have charged two men with stealing construction equipment from Dothan’s under-construction animal shelter.

“The theft was discovered on Nov. 4 when workers returned from the weekend to find items missing from the job site,” Dothan Police Lt. Scott Owens said in a statement issued Friday morning.
