October 28

9:33 p.m.: A vehicle-deer accident was reported in Montmorency Township; a report was taken.

October 30

12:18 p.m.: Deputies responded to a commercial burglary alarm at a business in Albert Township. Deputies evacuated after finding the building locked and secured.

November 1

8:09 a.m.: A vehicle accident involving a deer was reported in the city of Vienna. A report was taken.

10:17 a.m.: An Avery Township resident was sentenced in court to serve one year in the Alpena County Jail on OWI and R/O charges.

1:04 p.m.: A deputy assisted an MSP Constable at a residence in Avery Township for a trespassing complaint.

November 2

12:15 p.m.: Deputies came across a mailbox on the road in Avery Township. Deputies were able to locate the residence it came from along with tire tracks from where the vehicle pulled onto the roadway. The mail inside the box was taken to MCSO.

12:25 p.m.: MCSO received a complaint of a possible bear inside a residence in Albert Township. A deputy responded and walked through the residence, but was unable to find any signs of any animals inside.

1:02 a.m.: A deputy responded to a noise complaint in Briley Township. Complaint came in of a male subject driving recklessly in the neighborhood and revving his truck engine, keeping the complainant awake. The deputy was able to locate the vehicle.

1:54 am: An Alpena County woman was arrested. She had a confirmed warrant from Montmorency and was filed with the ACJ.

7:58 a.m.: A vehicle accident involving a deer was reported in Rust Township; a report was taken.

10:00 a.m.: A vehicle accident involving a deer was reported in the City of Vienna; a report was taken.

12:45 p.m.: Oscoda County requested assistance from MCSO deputies in locating a male subject who had been missing for 24 hours. Deputies assisted in the search of the subject. The subject was later located by the Oscoda County DNR and was OK.

4:35 p.m.: An Albert Township resident called to report an ATV on the road in front of his home. RP thought it was private property.

9:32 p.m.: MCSO deputies responded to a business burglar alarm at a business in Hillman Township. The building was secured, with no signs of entry.

November 3

7:53 am: A vehicle accident involving a deer was reported in Briley Township; a report was taken.

9:46 a.m.: A Vienna resident called to report he had footage of criminals on his property. An officer responded to the residence to take the report.

11:02 a.m.: A subject who owns hunting property in Briley Township entered the lobby to report a trespassing complaint. It was also spoken to both sides, it was found that it is a problem of servitudes.

11:15 a.m.: A male subject entered the MCSO lobby to report a theft from his property. The subject knew who took his property, a deputy spoke with the reporting individual then went to the residence where the subject reported it was his property. The object was recovered and returned to the owner.

5:09 pm: A vehicle accident with deer was reported in Hillman Township, the passenger of the vehicle was complaining of pain and transported to the hospital for evaluation. A report was taken.

7:17 p.m.: A vehicle-deer accident was reported in Avery Township; a report was taken.
