It’s unclear if Crocker has filed pleas, and PEOPLE could not immediately identify an attorney who could speak on her behalf. Prison files shows she is being held on $500,000 bond.

The alleged victims related to Crocker’s original case were current and former students at the elementary school, the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department said. said in a statement last month. Authorities added that the alleged misconduct did not occur during school hours or on school property.

According to the criminal complaint, a sheriff’s deputy was called to a home in Twin Lakes, Wis., on Oct. 8, where the appellant alleged that his 13-year-old son was “forced to have sex with his friend’s mother. ”

The 13-year-old alleged the sexual assault happened during the winter when he was at Crocker’s home for a sleepover with some friends, according to the complaint. The boy claimed he was sleeping on the couch in the basement when Crocker, who was naked, woke him up and removed his pants before sexually assaulting him, the complaint states.

The boy, who was 12 at the time, said the sexual encounter was non-consensual, according to the complaint. He also allegedly told investigators that he repeatedly told Crocker to get off and tried to push her, but she did not listen, the complaint states.

The boy said Crocker sent him a text a few months after the alleged incident, trying to apologize for what happened in the basement and described her as “trying to make him feel guilty,” according to the complaint .

Authorities also alleged in the complaint that Crocker “exchanged sexual conversations and images” via Snapchat with another child. The alleged victim reported her to a school resource officer on Oct. 9.

The child also alleged that Crocker sexually assaulted him in a parking lot in August, according to the complaint. Crocker allegedly admitted to receiving a sex video from the boy and rescuing him, authorities said in the complaint.

The new allegations in the amended complaint accuse Crocker of having sexually inappropriate conversations with two other boys via Snapchat. On Oct. 10, Twin Lakes police spoke with a boy who told a school staff member that Crocker had sent him “strange” messages, including videos of her masturbating with a sex toy and sexual images.

Authorities searched Crocker’s cell phone and found several videos and photos that resembled those described by the boy, the complaint states. During that search, investigators said they also found a conversation between Crocker and another boy he added on Snapchat on Oct. 9 after “seeing him on the high school homecoming float,” according to the complaint.

Crocker allegedly asked the boy if he wanted to have sex with her and the two planned to meet at her home on Oct. 11, according to the complaint. The boy claimed he and Crocker exchanged messages that “suggested sex” but that it “never went through,” the complaint states.

Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department said before Crocker was a staff member at Riverview Elementary School. Conformable local station WITITHE school district website said Crocker began working as a substitute in 2020 and became a full-time teaching assistant the following year.

WITI and WISN report that Crocker was fired by the school board following a special meeting on Oct. 14. As of Nov. 7, a staff page for Crocker could not be found on the school district’s website.
