    An indictment was filed Thursday against two Israeli Arabs on suspicion of conspiring to carry out terrorist activities.

    The two suspects, who are minors, were recruited to serve in a terrorist team to carry out terrorist attacks against Israeli security institutions.

    According to the indictment, one of the minors joined the terror group in August 2023 and was trained in creating explosives.

    The minor, who tried to make explosives, also enlisted three additional members in the terror squad.

    The additional minor charged in the indictment was also among the newly enlisted members.

    The two watched terror-related footage TikTokin addition to videos on how to create explosives.

    The indictment, filed by State Prosecutor at the Central Court, charged the suspects with conspiracy to carry out terrorist activities, training and instruction for terrorist purposes and using weapons for such purposes, among others.
