The coroner’s office is ruling in the investigation into Mullins’ death

MULLINS, SC (WMBF) – The death of a woman that state police were called to help investigate has been ruled a homicide.

That’s according to Marion County Deputy Coroner Jim Gray, who said 31-year-old Reaven Graves died of gunshot wounds.

The Mullins Police Department confirmed that officers found Graves’ body along Morgan Court on Oct. 27.

Asked about the case Monday, Chief Philip Mostowsk told WMBF News the investigation “looks promising” and the shooting appears to be domestic.

Mullins Police requested that the Law Enforcement Division assist in the investigation.
