FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — A woman who pleaded guilty to dressing up as a clown and killing the wife of a man she later married in 1990 has been released from a Florida prison. Sheila Keen-Warren was released from a prison near Tallahassee on Saturday. She pleaded guilty last year to second-degree murder in the shooting death of Marlene Warren. That plea deal came shortly before her trial was set to begin. Keen-Warren maintained her innocence even after her plea. She was sentenced to 12 years in prison, but was in custody for seven years after her arrest in 2017. The 1990 Florida law allowed for significant credit for good behavior.
