Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be under more public scrutiny in the near future

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have signed up for a whole new level of public scrutiny with a new move.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently made headlines for splitting up “professionally” as part of a new PR strategy where they decided to go their separate ways.

Harry therefore made a series of solo appearances in New York, London and then South Africa for causes close to the Duke, while the Duchess attended two major events for her own interests.

However, according to a PR expert, this bold career move will be quite challenging for the couple, who have carved a path for themselves as the Sussex brand.

Atticism founder and director Renae Smith told Express.co.uk that she shared her two cents about the short-term consequences and long-term benefits of the couple’s new career approach.

She said: “I think their decision to go after individual brands could really work in their favor in the long term, although it is bound to trigger a fair amount of public speculation in the short term.”

“From a PR perspective, this shift could allow each of them to create distinct brands that better reflect their different priorities and resonate more coherently with their individual audiences,” she added.

She further explained: “Public perception will be a critical factor in this change and I anticipate that both will face a lot of scrutiny in the short term.”

“However, this approach could also give them the pivot they need to build sustainable, long-term brands with real impact—brands that are more precise and authentic, which today’s audiences crave to answer,” added Renae.

This post comes days after well-placed sources revealed how Meghan Markle wants Prince Harry to spend more time with the family on Thanksgiving to debunk rumors about their relationship.
