ORIGINAL COVER

The Eugene Police Department is asking the public to help identify an unidentified woman, identified as “Jane Doe.”

According to EPD, on October 17, 2024, a female was arrested for trespassing in the 100 blk. of W. 11th.

Police say the woman was taken to the Lane County Jail as unidentified and appears to have been homeless with a mental health issue at the time.

Before EPD releases her from jail, they are asking the public to help identify her.

She remains unidentified and Eugene Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying her because when she is released from prison, she may be vulnerable and at risk in need of unknown services.

When police asked for her name, she identified herself as Lux Jupiter, EPD said, but no information was found for that name. The department said there were no fingerprint matches on file or other information to help identify her.

Police describe the woman as a white woman with shoulder-length blonde hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Jed McGuire at [email protected]or call 541-682-6308.
