Editor Square Enix and developer Artdink Corporation have released the launch trailer for Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remakeas well as a pair of smaller trailers.

Story

Years ago, the great hero Ortega said goodbye to his wife and child as he embarks on a quest to defeat the villainous Archdemon, Baramos. Ortega failed his quest and Baramos still threatens the world. Now at the age of sixteen, Ortega’s only child is summoned by the king of Aliahan and entrusted with a mission of the utmost importance: to take up Ortega’s quest, defeat Baramos, and save the world.

• Build your perfect one Part – Recruit a variety of allies, three of which can join your party to aid you in your quest. Choose their vocations, appearances and voices. There’s even a new vocation exclusive to this remake: the monster wrangler!
