Expect showers in the Twin Cities, with lows in the low 40s Now through 10 AM, then snow mixed with rain and becoming mainly snow 11 AM – 3 PM, with a chance of snow. The snow will decrease to drizzle before 6:00 p.m. Highs this afternoon will be in the low 30s with northwest winds 10 to 20 mph.

Weather improving tonight for Halloween with clear skies, lighter winds, crazy fog, and Trick or Treat temperatures in the mid 30s, dropping to near 30 by Friday morning.
