Police said they did not arrest anyone at the scene because of a claim of self-defense from the woman who fired the gun.

On Thursday, October 24, authorities said they met with the Attorney General’s Office to provide all evidence gathered at this point in the investigation for a preliminary review. Following the analysis, the General Prosecutor’s Office would have considered that the woman who did not fire the gun committed a contraventional assault during the fight with the 24-year-old man.
