Disneyland is adding new festive activities to its holiday lineup

New festive experiences are coming to “The Happiest Place on Earth”. holiday season.

Santa will be setting up shop at Disneyland’s Fantasyland Theater for cookie decorating, crafting and storytelling.

St. Nick has too scheduled appearances at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Disney California Adventure Park, Pixar Place Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian and Disneyland Hotel. Guests can also see Santa in the finale of Disneyland’s A Christmas Fantasy parade.

The new Chip and Dale Ornament Trail will will be held in Downtown Disney starting November 22nd. The holiday-themed scavenger hunt will take guests around the neighborhood in search of ornaments hidden on holiday trees.

Guests can obtain a scavenger hunt map for $9.99 at select merchandise locations in Downtown Disney. Chip and Dale’s ornament trail ends on New Year’s Day.

The Storytellers Cafe in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel will host the new Mickey’s Holiday Pajama Party event. Guests can enjoy a festive breakfast or brunch with Disney characters dressed in pajamas.

The party runs from November 19th to January 1st. More information can be found here.

Tiana’s Bayou AdventureDisneyland’s newest ride, will open to the public on November 15.

Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Clarabelle will show their holiday spirit with new themed outfits.

Holiday favorites are back

Lots of holiday favorites will also be returning to the Disneyland Resort.

The “Believe… In Holiday Magic” fireworks show will return to Disneyland, while the “World of Color-Season of Lights” will return to DCA.

Holiday overlays for It’s a Small World, Haunted Mansion, Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree, and Luigi’s Rolickin Roadsters will also return.

Disney ¡Viva Navidad! festivities, including daily crafts, live music, menus and decor inspired by Latin American traditions, will return to DCA.

Seasonal food, including the Disney Holiday Festival and Disney Viva Navidad food festivals, will also be available at the resort.

The festivities at the Disneyland Resort begin on November 15th and run through January 6th, 2025.
