Almost a year since then Diddy was accused for the first time of sexual abuse of ex-girlfriend Cassie, the former mogul is still accused of heinous acts.

The most recent trial he faces stems from allegations from 2005, according to ABC. A then 10-year-old boy from Los Angeles and his parents were trying to help their son achieve his dreams in the music industry.

So they took a flight to New York in the hope that his career would take off, where Diddy told the family counselor that he wanted to meet the boy alone. After meeting in a hotel room, the kid performed several rap songs for Diddy, and he admired his talent.

But Diddy allegedly took advantage of the 10-year-old, trying to exert his power in the music world.

“Combs asked plaintiff how much he wanted to be a star and what plaintiff would do to become one. Plaintiff responded, like any ten-year-old would, that he ‘would do anything,’” the lawsuit states.

Then, like many other allegations that the boy was high, after DIddy gave him a drink, he said it made him feel “a little bit funny” when Diddy made the move to assault the boy.

“After the complainant consumed his soda and began to feel the effects of it, Combs told the complainant to come closer to him, which the complainant did. Combs suddenly pushed the plaintiff and said things like “you have to do some things you don’t want to do sometimes,” the lawsuit states, before describing the sexual assault of the plaintiff.

It marks one of two new lawsuits against Diddy filed this week. The other is civilian and comes from a then 17-year-old. Still a man, he claims he was auditioning for Diddy’s Making the band reality show and, over the course of three days, was told to strip so he could “demonstrate the ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona” before finally being forced to perform oral sex with him and the guard his body.

Andrew van Arsdale and Tony Busbeethe same attorneys representing more than 100 of Diddy’s accusers filed the latest filings.
