HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A crash involving a high school bus full of students is snarling traffic in Horry County Tuesday morning.

Horry County Fire Rescue responded around 7:35 a.m. to the area of ​​Forestbrook Road and Panthers Parkway for a two-vehicle crash that was blocking traffic.

HCFR first reported that no one was hospitalized, but later said EMS was taking one person to the hospital.

Horry County Schools told WMBF News that approximately 29 high school students were on the bus at the time of the crash.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
