Who is winning the race for president? The latest poll numbers as the last full week begins

Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump are in a tight race with the election a week away.

Several polls released Sunday show the presidential candidates are locked in a tight race, though other polls from ABC and CBS give Harris a slight lead over Trump, but a new poll from Monday’s TIPP data shows Trump and Harris tied at 48%.

Here’s where the candidates stand in Monday’s polls.

TIPP Insights

A new survey Monday from TPP information it has Kamala Harris and Donald Trump tied at 48 percent, with a margin of error of 2.7 percentage points. Poll results were collected from an online survey of 1,288 likely voters from October 25 to October 27.

CBS/YouGov

CBS/YouGov released a poll Sunday showing Harris leading Trump 50 percent to 49 percent, a margin of 2.6 percentage points. A poll of 2,161 registered voters was conducted between Oct. 23 and Oct. 25, according to data from the political polling website. 270toWin.

ABC News/Gypsos

Harris has a slight lead over Trump, 51 percent to 47 percent among registered voters in a poll from ABC News/Gypsos released on sunday. The poll, conducted between Oct. 18 and Oct. 22, surveyed 2,808 adults, including 2,392 registered voters and 1,913 likely voters. The poll had a margin of sampling error of 2 percentage points.

Emerson College

Harris and Trump are tied at 49 percent, with a 3 percentage point margin in a poll from Emerson College released on October 26. The survey consisted of 1,000 likely voters and was conducted on October 23-24, 2024.

Arizona

In Arizona, Trump leads Harris 48 percent to 47 percent in a poll released Oct. 27, according to data 270toWin.

A poll released Oct. 27 shows Trump also leading Harris 48 percent to 47 percent.

Michigan

Harris leads Trump by a very narrow margin in Michigan, 47.8 percent to 47, in a recent Oct. 27 poll, according to 270toWin.

Nevada

In Nevada, Trump and Harris are in a tight race, with the Republican presidential nominee up by less than a percentage point, 48 percent to 47.7 percent, in an Oct. 25 poll.

North Carolina

Polls show Trump with a slight lead over Harris, 49 percent to 47.9 percent, in an Oct. 25 poll.

Pennsylvania

In an Oct. 25 poll, Trump leads Harris 48.1 percent to 47.7 percent in Pennsylvania.

Wisconsin

Harris has a narrow lead over Trump at 48.1 percent to 47.7 percent in a new poll released Monday, Oct. 28.
