Two people were killed and three injured in a jeep accident at Tulsipur in Dang district on Saturday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Hiramani Budha Magar, 22 from Baibang and Suresh Khadka, 19 from Salyan.

According to Police Inspector Prakash Thapa, the jeep which was on its way to Tulsipur from Salyan plunged 300 meters on the road.

Dewa Oli, 31, of Kapurkot-6, and her two sons Mahesh Oli, 13, and Jeevan Oli, 10, are seriously injured in the accident.

They were referred to Nepalgunj Hospital for further treatment.
