Association Anemone DMCA notice

Association-anemone respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its readers to do the same. The site answers notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that amounts to infringement and is available on this site, send our designated copyright agent a written notice that contains:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.

2. A description of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for the site to find it, and a request that it be removed or disabled.

3. Your contact details: an address, a telephone number and, if you have one, an email address.

4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner of the exclusive right said to be infringed.

Counter-notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or through misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent. To be effective it must be written and include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. A description of the material that was removed or disabled and of where it appeared before.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, address and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if it is outside the United States, any district where the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
