Bo Dallas: When I go out, I believe in Uncle Howdy so much that I’m not even the same person

Bo Dallas talks about portraying Uncle Howdy on WWE television.

After Bray Wyatt’s return to WWE in 2022, he brought along his brother Bo, who began portraying the Uncle Howdy character on WWE television. After Bray’s tragic death in 2023, Dallas continued to play the Uncle Howdy character and formed The Wyatt Sicks on Monday Night RAW.

While speaking on Closing the head wrestling podcast, Bo was asked about his first appearance as Uncle Howdy after the death of his brother Bray. Bo replied that there were a lot of emotions and that he felt like Bray was with him every time he walked through the curtain as Uncle Howdy.

“A lot of emotions. I knew I was coming back to wrestling. Like I said, right before Windham died, we were so excited about it that we had to go back. When it passed, I obviously needed some time. was he going or was I struggling, I knew I had to come back for him. Obviously everything that was going on in my mind and every night since I hear that music and I feel like it’s with me, I like the change, it’s more power than I’ve ever had in any other example of struggle, when I go out, I think so so much into it that I’m not even the same person when I’m there, I’m more Uncle Howdy than I am Bo Dallas than Taylor Rotunda. If you had a conversation with me there, it wouldn’t be the same person you’re talking to now.”

Beginning on this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW, Uncle Howdy and the rest of The Wyatt Sicks turned their attention to The Miz and The Final Testament. You can read more about it Here.

Elsewhere in the same interview, Bo stated that Uncle Howdy is his most creative role in professional wrestling. You can read more about it Here.
