After Bryan Johnson, 47, shared his strict diet plan on X, users talked about the Indian-likeness of his meals.

American software millionaire Bryan Johnson who spends millions to reverse his aging shared a glimpse of his highly disciplined life of strict diets and regular workouts. The 47-year-old recently took to X to share the food he’ll be eating for the “next four days.”

“What I’m eating for the next four days: 1. Chickpea Vegetable Frittata 2. Red Lentil Soup with Lemon 3. Roasted Vegetables with Cauliflower Rice,” he wrote in the post, alongside a picture of the food packed in various containers.

The post was quickly flooded with reactions and over 988,000 views. But praise for the food was also coupled with users pointing out that the dishes looked like food from Indian cuisine.

One user said “Bro this is Indian food with no colours” while another said: “Why does this give a ‘Bryan in India’ vibe?” wrote another. “So basically… Indian food cooked right,” said a third user. “In India, we call them besan chilla, masoor dal and sabzi-chawal – every household staple,” read one comment.

Many others also pointed out that the metal containers used by the billionaire to store food also looked like a typical Indian school.

“Where did you find Indian middle school lunch boxes?” one user asked, while another said: ’90s Indian kids will recognize school lunch boxes. Nostalgia”. Users also joked that the millionaire will soon eat chole bhature, chana daal, gobhi aloo.

Bryan Johnson and the Changing Age

Johnson is known for his relentless anti-aging activities, which also include controversial methods such as blood transfusions from his teenage son. The “young blood” procedure is not FDA approved.

He also follows a strict diet and receives regular gene therapy injections. He spends $2 million a year on medical diagnoses and treatments, along with a strict diet, sleep and exercise regimen, to see if he can slow down and even reverse his aging.
