The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir launched a three-day Allied Health Sciences Exhibition 2024 organized in collaboration with the Pakistan Army, attracting significant participation from students, teachers and health professionals.

The initiative led by the Department of Health Sciences attracted participants from several universities, presenting student projects and educational exhibitions that combine health innovation with cultural heritage conservation.

Participating students highlighted the educational value of the exhibition, noting its role in showcasing career opportunities in Pakistan’s healthcare sector. The event created a platform for inter-university collaboration, with students from various institutions presenting their research projects.

“The exhibition provides valuable learning opportunities while helping to preserve our cultural traditions,” said one student participant. Another participant highlighted the event’s role in raising awareness of domestic employment opportunities in the health sector.

The faculty administration has expressed its commitment to regularize such educational activities, recognizing their importance in professional development. The students acknowledged the support of the Pakistan Army in facilitating educational initiatives in Kashmir, noting its positive impact on academic activities in the region.
