Russellville police are looking for a bank robbery suspect

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Russellville Police Department is investigating after a bank was robbed Wednesday night.

A police spokesman said a man entered a local bank at 4pm and threatened staff while demanding money. Officials said the man left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money before police officers arrived. Investigators said no one was injured in the incident.

A spokesperson for the RPD said the location of the bank is not being released at this stage of the investigation and police are actively investigating this incident.

Police are looking for a man aged between 40 and 60 in connection with the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Russellville Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at 479-968-3232 or leave an anonymous tip at 479-967-2221.
