LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County man has been charged with multiple felony child sex offenses related to a 2023 assault, according to the Columbia Police Department.

Robert Fink Jr., 43, was arrested on multiple sex offense charges, including statutory rape, involuntary sexual intercourse with a person under 16, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Fink was arrested by Columbia Borough police after allegedly assaulting a juvenile in the 900 block of Plane Street on Sept. 19, 2023, officials said.

He is awaiting a preliminary hearing set for Nov. 19 while in the Lancaster County Jail.
