A representative for Bryan did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Bryan was arrested in Oklahoma a year ago on charges of obstructing an investigation after a police officer stopped his security guard’s car as Bryan was on his way to watch a Philadelphia Eagles game in New England . Bryan got out of his own car and, wondering why it was taking so long, drove off getting “too tongue-tied” with the policeman.

“He brings me to his car and I just didn’t help my situation at all. I felt like a kid,” Bryan said in a video the day after his arrest, apologizing for the incident. “It was ridiculous, it was immature and I just pray that everyone knows that I don’t think I’m above the law. I was just disrespectful and I shouldn’t have been. It was my mistake.”

Case completion comes in the middle controversy for Bryan following a very public breakup with podcaster Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia, who recently made allegations that Bryan emotionally abused her. She also claimed that Bryan asked her to sign a $12 million non-disclosure agreement and had previous partners sign NDAs.

Bryan has yet to comment on LaPaglia’s allegations.
