BRANDON, Miss. (WLBT) – The public is invited to attend a health and wellness fair Saturday at the North Brandon Church of Christ.

The event is free and will provide attendees with blood pressure and glucose screenings, mental health awareness programs, medication safety and disposal, vaccine awareness programs, healthy eating education, spiritual and mental health awareness programs, and insurance information life and health insurance.

“We recognize and understand the importance of health and the significant impact it has on our lives,” said Tim West, the church’s preacher. “We want the community to know that we care about their spiritual, physical and mental well-being.”

Free first aid kits (one per family) will be provided while supplies last.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon at North Brandon Church of Christ. The church is located at 1029 Highway 471 in Brandon.
