A video of a rude Walt Disney World guest making out with a cast member has gone viral.

A TikTok video of the encounter has reached 800,000 likes and millions of views on the platform. The clip circulated in Disney groups and social media platforms with few details until travel agent Natali explained the situation.

The clip shows another family videotaping a cast member in one of the Epcot toll booths with the rude family in question on the opposite side of the booth. This is the location before you get to the parking lot where guests pay for parking or scan for free if you are an Annual Passholder or Walt Disney Company employee.

Natali explained that the guest heard screaming at the cast member, bought a magic band from an annual pass holder. The guest attempted to use the Magic Band to obtain free parking, an annual pass holder exclusive benefit. The cast member checked the guest’s ID, which did not match the first and last name on the Magic Band, the cast member had to confiscate the Magic Band because it did not belong to the woman.

The beginning of the clip showed the height of the incident. “Give it to me, it’s not your property,” shouted the rude woman in the driver’s seat to the cast member holding the Magic Band. The cast returned to the other side of the toll booth where the family were filming the incident and asked if they were annual pass holders as she was visibly upset with tears in her eyes. One of the boys in the family car encouraged the cast member not to give in to her request.

“Disney goes to great lengths to prevent theft from their product, first and foremost, once this magic band is linked to a profile, it cannot be unlinked and linked to someone else’s, so they are not transferable,” a Natali said. “Reselling them does nothing. Second, Disney uses fingerprint and photo technology to track you and ticket usage to ensure no theft is used.”
