Netflix has confirmed its list new movies for november 2024and as expected, the streaming service is adding a handful of new movies. While not every new addition is a winner (yes, I’m looking at you, “The Scorpion King”), there are still a few new movies for Netflix that deserve a spot on your watch list.

My pick of the bunch is easily “Whiplash”. This masterful drama is among the most celebrated films of the 21st century and deserves every ounce of praise it receives. Directed by Damien Chazelle and starring Miles Teller and JK Simmons (who won an Oscar for iconic supporting performance), it’s a must-see, even for those who’ve seen it before.
