JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – A man faces multiple charges after Jonesboro police say he sent nude images of a student to others.

On Oct. 31, officers responded to a large altercation at Success School.

After separating and investigating the incident, the affidavit said officers learned a 16-year-old had sent nude images to 18-year-old Jaderius Hare.

The affidavit said Hare “distributed the image by allowing three other people to take a photograph of the nude image.”

The other minors “then sent the image to others via Snapchat.”

When officers approached Hare, he said he did not have the image on his cell phone. The police have seized all the mobile phones and are awaiting examination.

The affidavit stated that because Hare was 18, he was placed in custody and taken to the Craighead County Detention Center.

Craighead County District Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause to charge Hare with distribution of possession video material depicting sexual behavior involving a child.

Hare is being held on a $35,000 bond.

His next court appearance is scheduled for December 17.
