On the third and final day of hearings, the victim says he was sexually assaulted again, this time by Combs and a member of his security team. He claims he was ultimately kicked out of the competition because of Combs’ belief that the plaintiff was “unreliable because of his reservations about performing oral sex with a bodyguard” in the trial.

While Combs has not responded to these specific allegations, he has vehemently denied them, as well as previous claims against him, in a statement through his attorney.
